Step 1

Measuring Band Size

The first step is to get the band size. For this you will need a sewing measuring tape. Take the measuring tape and wrap it all the way around your chest, underneath your breasts. For example, one Mama measured 36 inches.

Step 2

Measuring Bust Size

The next step is to get the bust size. Take the measuring tape and wrap it all the way around your chest again; but this time over the fullest part of your breasts. In this example, our Mama measured 44 inches.
